Audio Books to Listen in Your Car

There is nothing better than an audio book while on a long car journey. There is something special about listening to an audio book while traveling together with the family. Here are some of the great audio books you could listen to while on a long car journey.

The Redwall Series are all about mice and their enemies the rats and an abbey as surroundings. The series contains valor, bravery and all things that compose good medieval knight stories. The Bud, Not Buddy is a hilarious book with an underlying great plot of a boy looking for his father. The innocence and youth of the boy adds to the charm of the story. The Junie B. Jones Audio Collection are aimed for Kinder and Grade I kids.

The Hobbit is a dramatized version that is produced by BBC with different actors taking parts. The Chronicles of Narnia is another excellently done audio book. The Life of Pi draws you into the story while on your car. The books’ main character is Indian and is read by a person who has an Indian voice, making it more realistic. Chasing Vermeer is a great book of adventure and mystery written for elementary students but could get you hooked from start to finish. There are so many audio books you can listen to your car.
